City of Lauderdale Lakes 2020 Census Update
Mayor Hazelle Rogers challenges the City of Lauderdale Lakes to complete the 2020 Census!!!! In the wake of the Coronavirus Pandemic, we need all the resources available to our “We Care” City. The current 2020 Census response rate for Lauderdale Lakes as of May 3rd is 43%, while Broward County is 52.5% and neighboring cities are no less than 47.5%. The City Commission has launched a street challenge to engage residents to respond to my 2020census.gov. On Thursday, May 7th, there will be a Census Motorcade Rally moving through several neighborhoods in Lauderdale Lakes to bring awareness and encourage participation in the 2020 Census.
