Aquatics
A variety of aquatics programs are available at the Lauderdale Lakes Swimming Pool Complex, located at 3077 NW 39th Street between Oriole Elementary School and Lauderdale Lakes Middle School. The pool features a heated pool with six (6) 25-yard lanes, a zero-foot depth entry for handicap access and a large "Learn-to-Swim" area. Other amenities include adjoining deck space that is available for rentals, restrooms and changing rooms, and a multi-purpose/training room.
This class teaches adults how to survive in an aquatic environment as well as proper stoke techniques.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.

This class is for children 3 years and older are taught to respect the aquatic environment while learning water survival skills.

This class teaches proper stroke techniques and is for children ages 7 and up who have already acquired water survival skills.

Exercise performed in the water, geared towards building strength flexibility and balance while limiting stress on the joints.

A Broward County-sponsored program whose sole aim is to prevent accidental drowning among children by teaching them water survival skills and how to recognize and give and how to recognize and give aide to others in distress.
