[ARCHIVED] Precautionary Boil Water Notice for Parts of Lauderdale Lakes

LAUDERDALE LAKES- This is a notice regarding scheduled maintenance for a fire hydrant located near 4530 NW 36 Street, in the City of Lauderdale Lakes; the affected area includes residential customers living in the Seawind Lakes II Apartment complex in Lauderdale Lakes. Work is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at approximately 9:00 AM. The work is estimated to last approximately four (4) hours; during this period, water service will be interrupted for six (6) service connections serving the Seawind Lakes II Apartments.

One (1) fire hydrant will be affected in the area. The Seawind Lakes Property Manager has been notified of the planned maintenance event and will receive the Precautionary Boil Water Notice before water service is restored. Telephone notification system will also be used to alert customers. The precautionary boil water notice will remain in effect until bacteriological testing is complete to show that the water is safe to drink.
