Lauderdale Lakes Kicks Off The Holidays With Tree Lighting Ceremony

(LAUDERDALE LAKES) – The community is invited to participate in City holiday tradition, a magical Christmas tree lighting ceremony and block Party. The event is scheduled for Friday, December 9, at 6 pm at the Sam Brown Monument located on the corner of State Road 7 and 36th Street.

The list of fun for the children is growing! Look for DJ Lil Bear of 99.1JAMS to fill the air with excitement, inviting Christmas carols and performances, as well as snow piles, a kids fun zone, bounce houses, food trucks, holiday shopping , great music, and more! This event is free!

We hope you will come out and celebrate with us as we join our new Mayor and Commission to welcome in the Holiday spirit in the City of Lauderdale Lakes!
