NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Commission of the City of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, will hold a public hearing in the City of Lauderdale Lakes City Hall Complex - Commission Chambers, at or after 7:00 PM on September 27, 2016, on the following:


RECONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE 2016-31

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LAUDERDALE LAKES, FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017, COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 2016, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2017; APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF LAUDERDALE LAKES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017; PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF REPRESENTATIONS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.


At said meeting interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
