LAUDERDALE LAKES - On Tuesday, June 28, 2016, Atlantic | Pacific Companies (A|P) and the City of Lauderdale Lakes will participate in a groundbreaking ceremony for The Atlantic, a recently approved Multi-family rental community with many amenities and lakefront views.
The development site is located on the south side of Commercial Boulevard and East of State Road 7 will include 420 luxury apartments, along with a clubhouse, tennis club, movie theatre, children’s playground, pool, fitness center and a gazebo area. A dog park will also be developed creating a beautiful and safe space for the enjoyment of pets and their owners.
The Atlantic will be one of the largest residential developments built in many years in the Central Broward County area.
