Residents may begin inquiring about a grant opportunity available during our 2017-2018 fiscal year. This grant will be awarded eligible applicants on a first come, first qualified, first serve basis. The City of Lauderdale Lakes is not responsible for code violations, liens, open permits, or illegal structures. The City of Lauderdale Lakes will not award subsidy financing if any code violations, liens, open permits or illegal structures exist.
